You must not:

• Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license the PromptsYard platform codebase or proprietary UI.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bulk-download prompts from our database.
• Attempt to bypass our security measures or rate-limiting protocols.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of PromptsYard. You must not use the website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity (such as generating malware or engaging in cyber-attacks via AI prompts).
